Carbon Fiber Reinforced Graphite Packing

Description: Carbon Fiber Reinforced Graphite Packings are woven from high strength, high elastic modulus, continuous carbon fiber reinforced, low sulfur, expanded graphite yarns. Graphite powder is impregnated in a mixture of molybdenum disulfate and PTFE emulsion and then cured under high temperature. The material undergoing this process gains excellent chemical stability, thermal permeability and high durability.
Carbon Fiber Corner Braided Graphite Packing:
This packing is made of expanded flexible graphite and its corners are woven diagonally from high quality carbon fiber filaments. This type of woven structure provides three times less cross-sectional shrinkage than normal woven and increases the compressive strength.
Application Areas: Gear and piston pumps operating in environments containing strong corrosive chemicals and particles. Carbon fiber corner braided packings are widely used in both static and dynamic sealing applications. Especially operating under high temperature and pressure conditions;
