Cloth - Pure Rubber Sheet

Description: The main component of the fabric rubber sheet is mostly SBR, NR, NBR, CR, EPDM and Silicone rubber are also used. It is reinforced with one or more layers of cotton, polyester, nylon or glass fiber fabric. This reinforcement provides additional stability to the material in flange gasket applications where mechanical connections are made and reduces the cold flow of the material where high compressive loads are applied.
Application Area: Fabric reinforced neoprene rubber sheet is used in places where minimum oil resistance is required and in lines where hot and/or cold water and gas are transferred. Examples of such places are measuring and control instruments, regulators, pumps and diaphragms.
Fabric reinforced SBR sheet is used in hydraulic systems and air, water and low pressure steam passage lines.
Cloth reinforced NBR (Buna –N) sheet is used in places where resistant materials such as oil, caustic and aliphatic hydrocarbons are required.
Storage Conditions:
. Store in a cool, dry place below 21 ºC
. Keep away from direct heat and open flames
. Avoid contact with solutions and other fluids
. Do not allow direct sunlight
. Keep in a sturdy packaging to prevent moisture absorption.
.Do not expose to tension and compression load
. Stock in a way that does not deform
