Description: Rubber sheet is manufactured from many different rubbers such as SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM. Materials such as cotton, nylon, terylene are used as reinforcement material. Multiple layers are used depending on the purpose of use and material thickness. Generally, single layer is used in 0.50; 1; 1.5 mm thicknesses, and two layers are used in 2; 2.5; 3 mm thicknesses. Their surfaces can be very smooth or fabric-like. They are robust, easy to use and clean. They have good tear and oil resistance. While the rubber properties are preserved in the diaphragm rubber, the resistance against puncture and tearing is increased with the reinforcement material. Optionally, one layer of reinforcement fabric material can be added for every 1.6 mm of rubber thickness.
