Description: Graphite PTFE Yarn is a homogeneous material developed by processing high quality PTFE resin and graphite powder. It has low coefficient of friction and thermal conductivity. It can be used in most chemical environments.
This packing is knitted from graphite PTFE yarns. Its stable high thermal conductivity provides an effective seal, especially at high temperatures and speeds. It causes very little contamination as there are no free graphite particles on its surface.
Sulfur Quality Graphite PTFE Packing: Knitted from graphite PTFE yarn.
Oiled Graphite PTFE Packing: Knitted from graphite yarns with silicone lubricant.
Application Areas: It is widely used in piston and gear pumps and valves. It gives better results than pure PTFE packings, especially in high speed and hot environments.
