Description: Spiral wound steel gaskets are frequently used, especially in environments with high pressure and temperature. They are manufactured using different windings (304SS, 316SS, 316L etc.) and filling materials (PTFE, Pure Graphite etc.) according to operating conditions. Depending on the place of use and pressure limits, they are manufactured as only windings (without inner and outer rings), with inner rings and with both inner and outer rings.
The most commonly used types; 304SS winding material, specially painted carbon steel outer ring and pure graphite filled types are kept in stock up to 12" and DN300 sizes in both DIN (PN16 and PN40) and ANSI standards (150lb and 300lb). Other than this, all standard or non-standard size gasket requests are met.
